Overview

Spend 7 days out of time in the most beautiful places in the world. 4 days of adventure in the middle of the desert, a route divided into 3 stages, 100 or 120km, to be done by running or walking.

Each HMDS has more than 500 participants, including a majority of walkers, with an average of 53% women and a 93% finisher rate.

The next edition of the HMDS will take place in Fuerteventura at the end of September 2021.

Choose between 2 distances: 100 or 120km
Possibility to run or walk on both distances
Wide time barriers: 3.5km/h minimum speed allowed
Average speed at the HMDS: 5.5km/h

HMDS Fuerteventura concept combines racing and hotel accommodation for an even more complete week.

Indeed, in addition to the race, you will have a room at the Playitas Resort Hotel or La Pared Hotel.

You will sleep there the night before the start of the race, then spend 3 nights in the desert during the adventure, before going back to the hotel for the last 3 nights.
